Robbery On Semilong Road (Wednesday 30th December 2009)

We are appealing for information on a robbery that took place on Semilong Road, Northampton on Wednesday 30th December.

A man was walking up Semilong Road towards Co-op when he was approached by four men who punched and kicked him to the ground and stole cash from his pocket.

The offenders were all described as white, between 5ft 7ins and 5ft 10ins tall.

The first offender is described as being around 17 years with short fair coloured hair of slim build. He was wearing a brown/beige winter coat just below his knees.

The second offender is of thin build with short dark hair and was wearing dark clothing.

 The third offender is of slim build and also wore dark clothing.

The fourth offender is of slim-medium build and again wore dark clothing.

The offenders ran off with three teenage girls in an unknown direction.

Drugs In Our Community

As you know, drugs are NEVER something we should turn our backs on. Drugs can be addictive, even cannabis and many people commit crime in order to get the cash to pay for drugs. There is also the side issue of dirty needles being left lying around the Semilong Community, as what happened recently when some were found outside Castle School.

This is an issue which must be tackled.
