Andrea Ross

This individual, the Northampton Chronicle and Echo has reported, was found in possession of Heroin (a Class A drug) in St Andrews Road Northampton in January 2010.

Northampton Magistrates Court heard that Andrea Ross had repeatedly breached her five year Anti-Social Behaviour to keep out of, what was, the red light district of Semilong and Spring Boroughs, and in addition, that she had been soliciting as a prostitute.

On 22nd February 2010 Northampton Magistrates Court handed Andrea Ross another ASBO but this one is to run indefinitely (or until a further order is made)

	The terms are that Andrea Ross is prohibited from: Loitering or soliciting in a street or public place for the purpose of prostitution.   Committing lewd or obscene acts in a public place.   Entering the area of Northampton as highlighted on the map opposite [or see pdf article here]
