This is a message from Northamptonshire West Police to all members of Neighbourhood Watch in Northamptonshire.

A specific message to those amongst you who have marked your valuables in your home or car with SmartWater, don't forget to mark up your new items you have received for Christmas.  The SmartWater tube in a domestic marking kit you purchased will mark up to 100 items.  Keep marking up items as you add to your household inventory.  For those who do not have SmartWater marking, the kits can still be purchased at the discounted rate for members of an affiliated NHW scheme in batches of 10 or more.

Drugs In Our Community

As you know, drugs are NEVER something we should turn our backs on. Drugs can be addictive, even cannabis and many people commit crime in order to get the cash to pay for drugs. There is also the side issue of dirty needles being left lying around the Semilong Community, as what happened recently when some were found outside Castle School.

For that reason, if you know anything about drugs in our community, please let the police know, let us know, or tell Crimestoppers.

This is an issue which must be tackled.
