This is a message from Northamptonshire West Police to all members of Neighbourhood Watch in Northamptonshire.
Northamptonshire Police are launching Operation HECTOR, this operation aims to gather better intelligence around the offence of handling stolen goods. We will be targeting the outlets for stolen goods, at time of the year where historically this type of crime increases.

Who is committing the crimes?
Who is handling or selling the goods?
What goods are they trading?
When does the handling occur?
Where are the goods being stored?
What are the goods being converted into e.g. cash, drugs?
Are goods being stolen to order?
