This is a message from Northamptonshire West Police sent on behalf of the Police Promotions team (OSPRE Part II team) at NPIA Examinations and Assessment.
The Team are responsible for the national promotion processes for the promotion of Police Officers from the rank of constable to sergeant and sergeant to inspector throughout England and Wales.
The assessment centre exercises are replaced on an annual basis and in preparation for the design of next years assessment centre exercises we want to seek the views of community members and individuals who work closely with the community as to the issues that they consider to be both important and frequently occurring within their community. The information gathered from this questionnaire will then be used to inform the design of assessment centre exercises across England and Wales. This will ensure that future sergeant and inspectors will be able to demonstrate that they can deal effectively with the issues that affect the communities they serve.
